2016 Temecula Valley Rose Society "Rose & Arts Festival"

 

FRIDAY SETUP: volunteers needed, 8 to 12

Noon to 1:30 pm –Setup tables, chairs, easels, tablecloths

1:30 to 3:30 pm – Division 2 exhibitors will setup non-perishable materials

1:30 to 3:30 pm – Information, Youth, Photography exhibits will be setup

3:30 to 4 pm – Staging supplies needed for Saturday morning

 

SATURDAY SETUP: volunteers needed, 10 to 16

8 AM – Setup of plant sale area; registration & vases available

8 AM – Division 2 Exhibitors will begin placing exhibits under supervision

8 AM – Division 1 Exhibitors begin prep of roses in parking lot

8:00 to 9:30 AM – Division 1 Exhibitors place roses on Placement Table

8:00 to 9:45 AM – Placement Clerks will place all Division 1 entries on tables

9:45 to 10 AM – Final review of Exhibit Hall

 

SATURDAY TEARDOWN: volunteers needed, 8 to 12

3 to 3:15 PM – Division 1 & 2 Exhibitors remove all their personal materials

3:15 to 3:45 PM – Teardown Committee will remove TVRS properties & rearrange furniture as needed

3:45 to 4 PM – Final inspection of Exhibit Hall

Volunteers will be able to select times and jobs on first-come, first-serve basis
