"Pacific Serenade" is the theme for this year's annual Rose & Arts Festival to be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 3 and 4, at the Temecula Community Recreation Center 30875 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, next to the Ronald Reagan Sports Park. This free event is open to the public both days from noon to 4 p.m.
The festival will feature plenty of roses; live music; original floral artwork; seminars on rose care, cultivation and display; light refreshments and fun activities for kids.
